From the airport, you can travel to Padua by train. The airport is linked to Bergamo train station (10 minutes) by ATB buses.
From Linate, you can travel to Padua by train from Milano Centrale station. The airport is linked to the train station by the ATM buses.
From Malpensa, you can travel to Padua by train from Milano Centrale station. The airport is linked to the train station by the Malpensa Express train.
Padua is easily accessible by train: it is approximately 2 hours from Milan, 1.5 hours from Bologna, and less than 30 minutes from Venice.
